If your Abstract has been accepted either for oral, poster, virtual category, you have to pay the relevant registration fees. Please note that one registration will cover only one presenter and/or one publication and one certificate. Furthermore, all Co-authors must register separately if they wish to attend the conference or to obtain certificates.

Refund / Cancellation Policy:
While we will try our best to host a physical international conference in this unsettling time, we are pleased to offer the following flexible options to our participants due to the uncertainty. The ICRD’s priority at this time is the safety and health of it’s partners, presenters and participants.
(a) If GPH2020 decides to hold the conference as planned and you are unable to participate to our physical conference due to travel restrictions you will be able to join the conference virtually. If you do not like to present virtually, your abstract submission and your registration is valid for the GPH2021 conference.
(b) If the ICRD decides to hold a Virtual conference in accordance with public health guidelines, the already registered participants will get 50% discount credit voucher* to attend GPH2021 conference or any other ICRD future conference.
If the above (a) or (b) options are not suitable for you then we can issue a refund according to our standard policy after the conference in December 2020.
* Not valid for Virtual presenters
Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to colleague or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
(a) Cancellations more than 60 days before the event - 50% of the registration fees will be refunded after the conference.*
(b) Cancellations less than 60 but more than 45 days before the event- 25% of the registration fees will be refunded after the conference.*
(c) Cancellations less than 45 days before the event- not eligible for a refund. However, the registration category will be transferred to the virtual presentation category and will be eligible to review process, to receive a conference book and to publication of the paper.
*Subject to a deduction of US$50 from the refund to cover money transfer fees & administrative fees.
